About us

Richard Kaufmann

Rich Kaufmann has been building homes in South Florida for 40 years. He began his career in Dade County (Miami), where some of the nation’s most stringent building codes are enforced, and experienced Hurricane Andrew firsthand in 1992 — shaping a deep understanding of structural integrity in a coastal environment.

His work spans oceanfront estates, penthouse residences, and thoughtfully executed renovations, as well as select commercial projects; including full exterior condominium renovations and interior common areas. These projects require a high level of coordination and technical expertise and all executed with the same standards that define his residential work

Known for his hands-on approach and uncompromising standards, Richard has built a reputation in Naples for delivering exceptional quality and enduring results across both private residences and complex commercial projects.
